If, after taking any of our seminars, you fail to achieve a passing score, you may retake that class as often as necessary at no charge* within twelve (12) months of your original seminar date.
*After 12 months, you may reattend as part of our Graduate Refresher Program (GRP) for $195 which is less than half the regular tuition.
The discounted tuition shown is for students who pre-register and prepay for the seminar. There are no hidden charges. We provide the following classroom materials: Course Workbook, FAA Computer Testing Supplement, special handouts and practice quizzes. All you need to bring is a couple of sharp pencils, a notepad, your E6B Flight Computer and aviation plotter. We recommend that you bring a magnifying glass and a 4-function calculator, which you will definitely find helpful. We reserve the right to change tuition at any time.
Group discounts are available for six (6) or more attendees enrolling and attending the seminar together.

Our refund policy is very simple: As we order and ship your class materials to the class location the Friday a week prior to the seminar, if you are unable to attend a class you have pre-registered for, and you notify us prior to that Friday, you may simply apply your full tuition to another class or, if you prefer, we will be happy to give you a full refund.
If cancellation is received after that time, we cannot offer a refund however a full credit of your tuition, which may be applied to any future class you wish to attend within twelve months of your original class date, will be issued.
Aviation Ground Schools reserves the right to cancel any scheduled seminar and/or revise any of these policies at any time.
